Abstract

This study assessed the impac ambient air quality of their host communities. The three includes emission inventory, determination of the ground level concentrations of the identified air pollutants in th view atmospheric dispersion model and comparing the ground level concentrations with the emission standards of World Health Organization (WHO), World Bank and Nigeria’s Ambient Air Quality standard. For all the existing and proposed cement plants results showed that the predicted ground level concentrations for 24 CO were in the range of0.0005 0.012 – 46 µg/m3 respectively. was observed that the ground level concentration of 0.001 % – 122.66% of the set limit
