Within the few years of American calamitous experience, Boko Haram emerged in Nigeria. The outbreak of Boko Haram crisis and its incessant attacks in the BAY states of Borno, Adamawa and Yobe have inevitably placed Nigeria as one of the most terrorized countries in the World.
