Two research assistants were employed for the administration of the instrument. The analysis of variance (ANOVA) was used to test null hypotheses at 0.05 level of significance. The findings of the study revealed that shortage of qualified lectures, inadequate facilities, inadequate teaching techniques, poor funding and lack of government support hinders the effective implementation of entrepreneurship education in tertiary institutions in Rivers State.
